If you feel delays or as if the app is slowing down, please try the following steps.
1. Make sure if all apps running on the background have been closed.
2. Make sure that you have enough battery left and that your device is not running on Low Power Mode/Battery Saver.
3. Reboot your mobile device.
4. Check if your mobile device is fully up to date.
5. Completely close Overdox every 15 - 20 minutes. Having the app running for a long time may cause your device to slow down.
6. Check if you don't have any cloud services running in the background. These tips may help your device run Overdox smoothly.
